Welcome to Classic Thunder The first 1/10th Scale Electric Unlimited Hydroplane club in the world!
As pioneers of a growing 1:10 Scale electric hydro class, our goal is to continue to duplicate real unlimited hydroplane racing as closely as we can. Since our inception in 1993, we have not only tried to recreate the boats of several eras, but to encourage a spirit of fun, respectful competition and comradery within our membership. Saturday, October 3 at Woodland Cr. Park - Lacey, WA 9:30AM Driver's Meeting and Heat Draws Racing starts at 10:00AM This year's event is being run in honor of two of our friends who have recently passed. They were fellow club members, hobbyists, hydroplane racing enthusiasts and great guys to hang out and talk boats with. Please join us at the lake to commemorate them and put on a race they would both be proud of, thanks. In Loving Memory of Mike Schultz and Kirk Johnson
